Refund policy

• 7 or more days before camp starts: full refund.
• Fewer than 7 days before camp starts: no refund, but you can give your spot to another student in grades 6–9 (tell us their name), or we will give you a credit toward a future program if we can fill the spot.
• After camp has started: no refund for days missed.

Weekly classes are paid in blocks of 3 classes ($90 per block). The first block is paid when you register. The next blocks are charged automatically to the same card 2 days before the first class of that block.

• First block: full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before the first class. After that, no refund once class 1 has started.
• Later blocks: to stop future payments, tell us at least 3 days before that block's first class. We will cancel the remaining payments. A block that has already been charged and has started is not refunded.
• Missed classes: tell us if your child will miss a class and we will help them catch up where we can. Missed classes are not refunded.

• A kit bought from our team can be refunded if it has not been handed to you yet.
• Once a kit is handed out it is yours to keep and is not refundable.
• Kits bought on Amazon follow Amazon's return policy, not ours.

If we cancel or reschedule a program and cannot offer a time that works for you, you get a full refund of what you paid for the part we did not deliver. If a weekly class has to move because of weather or illness, we will tell you as early as we can and make the class up.

Students need a Windows or Mac laptop that can install software. If your child's laptop turns out not to work (for example a school-managed device that blocks installs) and we cannot get them set up before Day 1, we will refund you in full.

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days. Referral credits and codes are not paid out in cash.
