Weekly · Saturdays
A new build every week, and every build goes home.
A 9-week hybrid course: one week in person in Sugar Land, then two weeks online, three times through, with a winter break after week 3. Students build something new every week (from a Morse code blinker to a remote-controlled mashup) and take every project home. Online classes are 60 minutes; in-person classes are 90 minutes.

Included
What's included
- 9 weeks: 3 in person (90 min) + 6 online (60 min), with a winter break
- $30 per class, billed $90 before weeks 1, 4 and 7
- A take-home build every week
- Small group, max 10 students
Arduino kit required (yours to keep)
Purchase one from our team for $30 when you register, or purchase your own Arduino starter kit on Amazon before your first class (usually a bit more expensive).
Bring a Windows or Mac laptop.
Chromebooks and iPads will not work because they can't run the Arduino and Python software we use. School-issued laptops often block installs, so check before camp.
Before Day 1 checklist
- A Windows or Mac laptop with its charger. Chromebooks and iPads will NOT work.
- Install Arduino IDE 2 (free) from arduino.cc/en/software before week 1.
- For online weeks: a quiet spot, the laptop, and the Arduino kit. The video link is sent before each class.
- Arduino starter kit (purchased from our team, or your own).
